Jana Kramer became famous on television, where she played Alex in the One Tree Hill series' final three years. She was featured in several episodes as a brand new country music artist. This helped her album make it to the Billboard 200 Top 20. Thirty One from 2015 reached 10th place. The decade came to an end with appearances on Dancing with the Stars, TV films and non-album singles. In 2021, the album The Doubting Voices made its debut. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native who was raised by country music. Though she had the acting and recording professions however, her screen debut took place in the independent horror movie Dead/Undead (2002) while still in high school. Kramer was a guest on episodes on All My Children, CSI: NY and Friday Night Lights during the 2nd season of the show 2007-2008. Kramer appeared in 90210 from 2008 to 2009 as Portia and Brooke Manning before joining One Tree Hill on the CW in 2009, where she played Alex Dupre. The show lasted show until 2012, when the series ended. Jana Kramer Kramer was a character on One Tree Hill from 2009 through the year 2012. The actress was a signer of an agreement to sign an agreement with Elektra Records, and she introduced her new contemporary country tune I Won't give Up in an One Tree Hill 2011 episode. This track appeared later on her debut album in mid 2012. It landed in the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. She focused on her musical career without quitting acting, she acted in movies that appealed her fans such as Heart of the Country 2013 & Country Crush 2016. Kramer released her sophomore studio album, Thirty One in collaboration with Warner Music Nashville, in October of 2015. I Got the Boy - an album that was a Top Five Country hit - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer, in a duet made the album reach the top 10 of the Billboard 200. After a two-month stint on 23rd Dancing with the Stars season the singer was ranked fourth. Also, it was the year when she scored a contemporary-adult success with her song Feels like Christmas with Straight No Chaser.
