Dennings has dated her "2 Broke Girls" co-star, Nick Zano, from 2011 to 2014. After their relationship ended, she began dating Josh Groban. The two remained in a relationship until 2016. In early 2021, they met the singer Andrew W.K. The couple began to date at the beginning of 2021, and later confirmed their wedding date in May. Dennings has been a huge lover of the musician from 2014 onwards. Dennings was raised Jewish but has said she does not consider religion to be an integral part of her routine.
