Stevie WonderStevland Hardaway Morris (ne Judkins; May 13 1950) who is professionally referred to as Stevie Wonder, is an American singer-songwriter, who is recognized as an influencer and pioneer by musicians across a range of genres such as pop, blues and rhythm soul, gospel jazz, and funk. Wonder, who was a one-man group made use of synthesizers to produce electronic music during the 1970s. The result was a revolution in the R&B genre. He also helped drive such styles into the album age by crafting his albums to be coherent and consistent as well as explicit statements about social consciousness with intricate compositions. Wonder, who was born blind shortly after his birth was signed at Motown's Tamla label when he was just 11. In the Tamla label, he was awarded the official title Little Stevie Wonder.
